Gino Lutz – Loan Officer 264080

A little about me

A Little About Me:
I have a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University and I started originating mortgages in 1998

I am available nights and weekends.  I have a family which includes my wife and two young daughters ages 5 and 4.  They are my world, but even still, at a moment’s notice, I am able to put on an episode of Peppa Pig, break away and talk to a client whenever I need to.

MBA Mortgage Solutions, LLC is a full-service Mortgage Broker/Banker with licenses for any type of publicly available mortgage. (FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, USDA whether it be for Purchase or Refinance)

Things that set me Apart

I act as a Mortgage Bank for most types of Loan transactions.  Meaning, we lend our own money.  We decide when we can advance funds, draw docs etc.  Sometimes even before a CTC.  We make our own choices – We are not beholden to an investor’s rules when it comes to these processes.

We seldom advertise – 95% of our business is from referrals which says, above all else, that people are happy with our level of service and products. Check out our Online Reviews!

With us, there is no middle-man, and our overhead is low.  In addition, we don’t have a large advertising budget, therefore we are able to offer the absolute best deal that that the market has to offer.  We will take that challenge with any other mortgage company.  We will not be beat!

How I provide value to Realtors

I will quickly and thoroughly take your clients’ application.  When a Loan Officer asks every question on that application, it eliminates the chances of things that can pop up later that could lead to a delay or denial. We will know usually within minutes whether a client is approved and for how much.  That way, the realtor knows that they have a client who does have the ability to purchase and at what amount.  I am a tool for the realtor, so that the realtor doesn’t waste time with clients who are not approvable or under-approved.

When a realtor receives an Approval letter from MBA Mortgage, THAT LOAN WILL CLOSE.  We rarely issue denials once an Approval letter is provided.  You can be sure that this transaction WILL CLOSE, if MBA Mortgage is the lender.  As stated earlier, when a Loan Officer asks every question on the loan application, it eliminates the chances of things popping up later that could lead to a denial.

We have a reputation that is very strong, other realtors know us.  When you submit an offer with an Approval letter from MBA Mortgage, that offer is more likely to get accepted than an Offer Letter from “XYZ Mortgage”. It really does add value to your client’s offer.

Having a business degree in Finance is not a requirement to be a Loan Officer, but it sure does come in handy when reviewing tax returns and gaining a better overall picture of a clients’ financial situation. I also have credits toward an MBA degree.  Let’s face it, buying a house is usually the biggest financial decision of a person’s life, so if you are free to choose, then why not have the most financially savvy person on the case.

If you send me a client who is not approved, I can get them on the path toward Approval. Whether it be low credit, not enough credit, maybe they are self-employed and don’t show enough income, or maybe they have too much debt. I can get them on a plan so that they become an approvable buyer down the road and an addition to a future pipeline of buyers.

If you haven’t already – Give us a chance, I promise you won’t be disappointed – and neither will your hard-earned clients!
